Let's list all the items you've used or built component parts to:
Now, let's count how many of these are in your guide. Oh? All of them?
Oh, please. Anyone can fluke Silver with placement matches - those say nothing at all. I started Silver V and I'm now Plat V. I've played at 4am and gone until 6am in the morning.
That said, maybe you're just bad at the game? And seriously, that's not a cardinal sin, but you've got to accept the possibility that maybe you're just not in a position to be teaching anyone how to play this game. And y'know, you have been told your build is bad by Diamonds and Plat players - people who definitely have a better idea of how to play a game even if you remained Silver.
Also, the last notable time someone tried to tell MOBAFire that they 'had' to try a build before judging it.

9 wins/22 losses on
Yeah, this build doesn't work.
Since you're using stats to counter a build's validity... trying looking at my build on all the losses. Almost none of my loses have the build you're commenting on. They have an alternative I was testing out, but as you can see... not doing very well with it. haha.
Also, I play ranked at like.. 3am when I'm done with work. It's a troll fest at that hour. I started Silver II (playing mid-day) and ended up Bronze V (playing at night) where I'm lucky to even have 5 full teammates, let alone 5 people who are taking the match serious.
That said, try the actual build rather than using irrelevant information to try and counter it. I promise, f you try it... You will do very well, just as myself and many others have.

Yeah, this build doesn't work.
I wonder what would happen if I changed the filter to

Care to give some constructive feedback? Lame of you to come in here & down vote with no reason as to why.
Have you tried the build?
Well eh I tried to give you feedback but nothing has changed so I'll give it a -1 due I disagree with too many things.
Ok, but do you have any counter points? Because I replied to everything. Pretty ****ty of you to just say 'meh, **** it. -1' and vote negative because you're too lazy to reply or think you know it all. Show me some of your teemo scores/builds.
Also, have you even tried the build?
I think this guide is great! I used to use Teemo just to put mushrooms all over the map but now im melting people down. Good job!
Thank you! That makes me very happy to hear. Send me some scoreboard screenshots if you get a chance! Either way, so glad to hear you're slayin' em. Good luck out there!
Problems with the guide:
1. Attack speed runes & runaan's only work in on-hit build. You run ap build.
2. You don't have any kind of magic pen besides liandry's.
3. Taking Liandry's first is much better
4. Rylai's is not worthy because you only trigger it with Q
5. Sorc shoes > Berserker's and you dont need the alacrity early
6. Trinity force doesn't work
7. Ability sequence is weird
1. This is completely false.
First, on attack speed. Because of
2. You are correct in that it only gives you 15, but keep this in mind...
Being at ~600 AP at full build, they are going to have to build an entire build of magic resistance in order to counter your AP. The 15 magic pen being on an early item is because - in early game - you have to consider the fact that most AD champs go with 9
3. I'm not sure if you are aware, but Haunting Guise (which builds into Liandry's) has the 15 magic pen built into it. This is why I go for it right away. Once I have that (to counter the magic resistance runes) I then go for Runaan's to up my attack speed and start hitting 2 people (or minions) at once with my poison passive.
4. Yes this is true that only the Q will slow (or triggers Laindry's basic passive), but I guess I should have mentioned that in the guide. However, with the Q doing the most damage (aside from the shrooms), adding a slow to the victim when Q hits makes for a really great attack. A blind + bonus magic damage + lack of movement speed? Allowing me to W/ghost/flash OR my enemies to get closer and keep attacking? Sounds great to me. I'm not sure why that's a bad idea. The health & AP was my main reason for this item anyway (no other 80 AP item offers 500 health) so the slow is just kind of an extra bonus. I'll add that into my build notes that it's only triggered by the Q so people get that in the guide. Thanks for pointing that out.
5. I disagree. Liandry's has all the magic penetration I need + I really need that attack speed early before Runaan's is built (and can't complain about it after it's built either). The attack speed + the poison is so crucial for Teemo. Now if somebody for some reason builds magic resist before any damage items... ok, maybe then I would consider something with more magic pen but anybody who would do that is just going to get destroyed in the first place because my higher AP & attack speed counters their lack of ability to hurt me.
6. Trinity force doesnt work? What?
What doesn't work about additional Health? Mana? AP? Attack speed? Additional AD for tower damage & more hit on Runaan's before Poison? Care to explain?
7. I'm open to changes to the ability sequence, if you have some input as to why. The reason mine is what it is, is...
I prefer the Q first to let the top champs know I can do damage right away. If you hit them with a basic with an E added to it right away, it hardly does anything on Level 1. So, I do the E 2nd so I can start CSing faster and so my basic hits on champs start to add poison. Then Q again to get some better hits as champs generally have 3 ways to hit me by now and I need a way to hurt as well. Then E again because more poison is better. Then W is 5th so I have a little more escape since this is about the time I start getting ganked and need a back up if I've burned my Ghost & Flash AND also this is around the first time I recall so I need a way to get to the tower faster without burning ghost. Obviously Level 6 for the obvious Shroom ult. Everything after just repeats itself... minus waiting until late game to do all my running via W because I already have boots with alacrity, ghost & flash. Like I mentioned in my guide, I like to focus on all my attacks first and not waste my time on my W until late game when **** gets really hairy and I need 3 ways to GTFO.
Appreciate the critiques but I'm going to have to disagree with a lot of your list items. Like I said though, I'll put a note that the slow from Rylai's is only triggered by the Q. Forgot to add that. Thanks for bringing that up.
Update: Just added in the note about Q + Laindry's and Rylai's. Thanks again!
If you care so much about movement speed, why do you take W only at level 14?
I explain this in my summoner spell section. I care about ESCAPE, not just movement speed.
In early/mid game, if you were to only build W to escape (just for sake of example) you would have no poison from your E and no big hits off your Q, which are both crucial to any sort of damage with Teemo. By not focusing on your W in early game - I only build it once as a last resort or for getting to the tower faster if my ghost is down - you're able to build your Q & E and leave the escape to your Ghost & Flash. W is pretty useless if you get stuck in Jarvan IV's ult or you get ganked and need to flash away and/or over multiple people coming your way. Focusing on your non-W abilities early/mid game and becoming a serious threat is really the best way to go.
Addition: I'm not sure if you noticed, but I build the first instance of W at Level 5. I don't start it at 14, I only start upgrading it then.
