This is quite an interesting thread considering I've recently taken to developing a list of the ****tiest champions to play against due to an aspect of their kit.
1. Fizz
Why the **** does he get a mobile, zero effort instant Zhonya's? Anytime someone playing Fizz accidentally dodges a skillshot by spamming his ****ing E key just to try and get damage down on you it is the most ******ed ****ing feeling in the world. His ult is also braindead ****ing easy to land and it does 80 trillion damage in an AoE. It's also a ****ing ****** magnet for your allies.
2. Yasuo
Why the **** does he get a dash through ****ing EVERYTHING. This **********er literally has flash up every other second it's pretty ********. On top of that his ****ing kit takes no effort to ****ing actually do damage. Not to mention the huge wall of skillessness that is the ****ing wind wall. God forbid you try to siege against a Yasuo.
3. Rengar
His instagib gives you literally 0 time to react to it. If he didn't 1shot ****ing EVERYTHING with his 80 mile run while invisible he'd be an okay champion.
4. Darius
****ing absolutely abhorrent character design. His kit has way too much utility with the instant lane win and Blitz pull through minion. What a ****ty ****ing character. The only way you can lane properly against him is if your character can do damage back to him, or if you're ranged.
5. Kassadin
Riot has spent 3 years balancing this ****er and they only recently got a slight clue that flash on an 8 second cooldown that does increasingly more damage is a bad idea. Good going guys.
Any other champ design complaints I have are that certain characters feel very underwhelming to play. Way too lazy to create a ****ing huge essay about this **** though. **** Fizz and Yasuo.

Buckshot is a particular type of shotgun shell that utilizes larger than normal "shot" (the balls/projectiles that are contained in the shell.) It is typically used for self defense purposes or hunting medium/large game. Hence the name buckshot, used in deer hunting.
So he is in fact just firing a different type of ammunition from one barrel which, in this case, a buckshot round loaded with 3 large pieces of shot.
Morgana**** THIS CHICK. She has a 5 hour snare with a hitbox the size of Jupiter, a shield that practically makes CC useless, her pool and ult are fine
