IMO rocket jump's damage is negligible on AD trist's lane. The time it takes to cast the jump would probably negate the damage it does since you could've just autoattacked during the cast time.
Jayce is a really strong pick top for sure, never played him mid so I wouldn't know about that.
Don't listen to Wingsofdeath, he's a good player but a lot of his theorycrafting is straight up bad. An MS bonus in a small radius for a defensive zone is definitely a nerf to Akali.
Part of Azir's problem is an overwhelming number of bugs that still remain unfixed, its not just that he's hard to play.

To be fair in theory akali is better before level 6 and better in lane. Her main problem in lane was it was hard to proc her q now she can with MS burst from w. Question is the trade off worth it or will she die so easy now even if q is easier to get off.

Nunu & Willump jungle gamebreaking OP. It has more to do with your own individual skill, plus I think it's pretty difficult to carry as
Nunu & Willump. Basically you have to entirely shut down the enemy jungle which is hard to do every single game. He offers very little damage and is a decent tank. More of a utility jugnler that relies on his teammates late game, which can be bad if your team gets behind.
Doesn't seem like there is a S3
Zyra type of champion right now

Sure, i have the same ideas. He have a great kit that should work well in team ranked or competitive play, but it wouldn't work in solo queue where you will depend from your teammates that could play pretty bad. Also i think that he isn't a playmaker and his skillcap is below average.

It's more about how difficult it is to utilise a champion, and that's not equivalent to skill cap.

I mean, a champion's skillcap doesn't actually matter... right up until the moment that it does - if you know what i'm saying.
For instance, if you look at someone like
Orianna, it is quite difficult to play her well. However, after you study her playstyle enough, something will just kinda 'click', and you'll learn how to hit good ults.
I'm not sure if i'm making any sense right now

Yeah, but choosing a main champion with high skillcap is more interesting, otherwise it gets boring after a thousand game. I played
Evelynn for around 100 games and really get bored, because it's not a playmaker and really low skillcap, you just spamming your Q from game to game and nothing else at all. On the other hand is
Lee Sin, that with enough skill can make an epic plays etc., you know.
But i am really confused choosing bettwen champions to play, cause i am not skilled enough for Lee and mastering him will take so much time, i also can't play glass-cannon character, so i tried to choose someone tanky with a great utility,
Nunu & Willump fits the requirements well, but, nevermind, i am speaking too much offtopic, lol :D

Personally, I think it is fine for him to have mana troubles; players should be punished for not using their skills optimally. However, I do not support the reduced barrel damage on minions. Not only does it needlessly complicate the ability as a whole, but it also makes it next to impossible to farm properly.
