Darius can't do anything against ranged people, kited and poked to death Garen looses currently pretty much any lane, he only wins against some scrub picks. Probably one of the worst champs in the game currently as he is in every stage weak (ok, he isn't weak early, but your mom could counter him) Renekton can bully early a bit, but again, what is he doing against someone like Nidalee?
I only play Garen, so that one. If I had to advise someone between those three I would probably recommend Renekton though. But the new Perseverance is interesting, in case you mean blind pick against you while you know I can only choose out of the three of them.
