The cat species john is holding always looks surprised/frightened unless they close their eyes. It's also because of how we tend to compare everything through human standards. Per example, my ferret shivers a lot but it has nothing to do with fear or cold, but we still associate it with both because WINTER HAS ARRIVED and she does it a lot when we go outside.

Well. to be fair, all kittens look like they've they've tripped on acid and everything in the world is just one big massive swirl. It adds to their charm :3 They always seem so curious and overwhelmed with all that the world can offer, those little ones.

Eeeeeeeeeeeey, Melbourne is mainly for the culinary and cultural experience if you do come :3 The only decent beaches in Victoria are outside Melbourne (Lorne and Mornington and stuff, although Brighton Beach may pass as swimmable within Melbourne), as well as the mountain ranges. It really isn't a place you go for a getaway... You might be better off just travelling up to Gold Coast (again?) if you want a vacation.
