Don't explain nothing, ninja tabu it's poor if you dodge all attacks and you need tenacity and magic resist from Mercury's Treads

I think you just put the main tank items and have wrong masteries and runes since rammus does not need magic penetration.

honestly I hate this built... NEVER buy hp on rammus, only if you get it with the armor/magic resist. you break his durability with this built

warmog is good, but get after sunfire -)
and start with powerball, is way better on early ganks

Warmog's isn't a tank item, as stated above you shouldn't be taking farm for stacks so it seems rather silly.

EDIT Your ability order is also horrible, not maxing taunt first >.<

sorry man, having a thorn mail and a ninja tabbi seems very counter productive, and you should not be stealing farm from your carries so a warmogs is out, good in theory, but would not help the team out, and this is a team game

This is very good, I was able to win in a 1v1 with my cousin while he was using gangplank. The best part of the build is Thornmail considering it wrecks them with their own damage.
