Guides on how to Destroy the Meta?

The issue with the build is the same as it is with [[Katarina]], you can build AD, but AP performs 100x better. As it stands I think ADC [[Twisted Fate]] is still the best, not ADC, ADC. It's always beautiful when you 1v1 a corki with more or less the same items.
