NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

Wotcha MobaFire :3 Last year I wrote a blog post about my New Year Goals and I was a little sad that I hadn't followed through with most of my 2012 resolutions :/ Amongst the goals were: making new friends, getting in shape and doing more culturally fun things. I don't know to which level these goals were achieved (it's easy to make friends in university, which I did - but I did not lose weight!), but new year, new goals, and here they are :D

/// This blog is about my New Year Resolutions and how I plan to achieve them. In the comment section, perhaps you could share your own NYRs :)

Resolution One: MOVE OUT | MOVE IN. As I write this, my body is roiling in sweat due to the sun maliciously shining through the windows. While I wait for the heat to wake up War, Patch and Jaz, I type this resolution. We're moving everything out, and then back in, as if we actually moved houses this year. Along the way, I'm hoping to set aside all the stuff we don't use to sell at a Garage Sale ne

Unfair Downvoting

Hello there community of Mobafire!

First of all I would like to say not everybody is like this. There are a few rotten apples in the bunch. But in my opinion it is very pathetic to downvote people's guides for no actual reason. Just because they want their guide to be number 1.

Please don't do that, I try my very best to make good guides and I would appreciate it that people would be fair. Lots of people don't like to vote with 'Force Comments', but at this moment I don't have any other choice.

There are a lot of other people that have the same problem as I do. Recently spoke with another guide maker saying he even got messages stating he got downvoted because their guide is better than his.

People will downvote for no apparent reason and then people will be forced to force comments. It almost gives me the reason to start downvoting them.. 'just for fun'. But I'm way too nice / mature for that and that saddens me.

Because I really want those people's guides gone. But I don't want …

Akali

I just found a new love for Akali, I played her in blind picks and I just merked kids. I went to ranking mids with her and I killed Morde 4-0 (before major lane switches), Orianna 3-0 (before major lane switches), and Viktor 7-0 (before major lane switches). give her a try ill put up my build I have been using give it a try. Also, I'm not fully done on runes so if you are you might do twice as good.

I'm done.

Well I actually told this to one guy who was asking about one of my guides but I'll say it in this little blog post. I won't be posting anymore guides. The reasons being:

1. Tired of troll votes or hate votes.
2. Tired of getting votes (both upvotes and downvotes) that only say "good guide", "bad guide", "nice build", "noob build", etc.
3. Tired of getting votes from people that are so freaking lazy that they won't even make good reviews for guides.

So yeah those are my reasons. I've spent 2-3 hours minimum on every guide I've written and I'm grateful to those that actually gave good detailed reviews of my guides despite upvoting or downvoting cause that doesn't really matter. So if you've ever voted on one of my guides and have given me a full review of the guide I thank you very much for that. I might update my Rumble guide or I'll archive it...dunno to be honest. And at best I'll probably be updating my current guides if there's any major changes in league or something like that.

Quscy the Racing Deserter (My champion idea)

Greetings ladies and gentlemen!

I have a champion idea! I have been thinking about this days and days and now I want to write it down so you can tell my your opinion about it!

RP mode on!

Quscy the Racing Deserter

Quscy is a melee-ranged hybrid driver. That's right, a driver. This champion drives in a kart, disallowing auto attacks, but only dealing damage with hitting someone with your kart or by using you abilities.

So what are his abilities?
Passive => Bumbing master
This passive allows Quscy to deal damage upon colliding with an enemy and knocking them aside. The damage dealt is based on your AP (lets say around 30%) + AD (+- 40%) + MS (+- 10%) in physical damage, this also applies on hit effects.
Since you are driving, you can't turn around instantly, requiring you to make a small turn each time you change direction.

Q => Drift
Passive: Causes 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% of your bonus attack speed to become movement speed.
Toggle on: When in a turn, you can toggle it on, making you …

Yet another free week rant

Well I guess I lucked out since the last free week for Ori was 6 months ago, but I feel I should reiterate that I freaking hate free weeks. Sale weeks are great because the people who swarm to the guides then are people that have decided they liked the champ and are going to purchase them, but free week is full of visitors that expect to be amazing the first time they play a champion and I'm sorry, Ori is not one of those champions... I feel bad for all of the caitlyn and ashe guides out there because I know they get free weeks all the freaking time... oh well. Here's to a disheartening 7 days.
