Is not that much here, but still. . . Is IMPORTANT!
Akali is one of the few champions that have her spellvamp un-touched by riot (they did that actually, but they did not removed it)
So simple: You can use her spellvamp to take the enemy red buff if you are in the blue-sided team: IMAGE, VIDEO & REDDIT
The image is outdated, since now with Future's Market You can get a Control Ward+ 5x Health Potion and you already start with a Commencing Stopwatch
At this moment i only used these items to steal the red buff: Doran's Blade, Dark Seal & Spellthief's Edge and always i burned 2x Health Potion. When i got in base i Tp-ed to lane and also bought 4x Health Potion & 1x Control Ward without losing XP advantage!
Starting items and the runes you are using here are: Runes: Kleptomancy + Perfect Timing + Future's Market + Cosmic Insight & the secondary path is: Sudden Impact + Ravenous Hunter
