This is #1 BR build. Not a troll lane comp it works AMAZING if you're with a friend and both of you can play blitz and alistar great. Its like watching a rag doll being thrown around. So many movement displacement CC's and knock ups. I will go into more detail in the following chapters.

I dont like doing separate chapters for these kind of things since theyre such a short discussion. Runes i go mage runes because you build both mage...WTF WHY NOT TANK FAKL;WEFLKAWEKFLAKLWEKFLAWKEKF because! So you hurt AND CC! Plus you'll be moderatly tanky and you should be fine with your team comp. Masteries i got MY 9/0/21 (i get 2 in expanded mind instead of the buff mastery just cuz i think it's better if you want switch em out). Items i go mage items that go well with their abilities...rylais? More CC? Please! Deathcap for obvious reasons. Lich bane procks with blitz's E and alistar is done after his Q and E so an auto attack nuke is just what he needs for more OOMPH. I find moonfire more useful on alistar since you're the more tankier of the 2. I choose zhonya's hourglass for more AP on blitz as well as armor and that amazing active. Abby scepter for obvious reasons.

So basically you will be CC'ing ppl left and right. You're main "Rotation" Grab, Pulvirize, headbutt (memeber this is in the opposite direction so pushing them farther away from wherever safety is), Blitz knockup+ult. That's your default ownage rotation. Whats even sweeter is when blitz pulls them into a turrett, OMG KNOCK UP CC FOREVER ZOMG TURRET HURTS. just double knock up then when he gets on the ground again headbutt him into the turret like collide with the turret.
AP alistar's heal will allow great lane stability, and blitzcrank's sheild will allow for abit of hp to finish off someone/suprise someone you're nuking down.
