But! The explanation for how this build came about is: I am a huge fan of glass cannon, one-shot-anyone builds on Lux. However building like this had me standing so far back in fights, I barely felt useful (especially when we lack tanks). This build helped me practice getting dirty as Lux while still doing good amounts of damage.

The reason for stacking health items and not armor/magic resist is to fully benefit from Grasp of the Undying. Because Lux is ranged, Grasp will never be the ideal rune for her (due to Grasp's 40% nerf for ranged champs), but it still puts in some work once you've stacked health.
