Hey Unhben! Not entirely sure if this is a meme build, but if it is I find a healer AP brand build hilarious. If you're sticking to a healing brand with some damage, Moonstone Renewer is the only thing you can really build. The ideal build for this playstyle should be 
Moonstone Renewer, Ardent Censer, Staff of Flowing Water if you have an AP teammate, Chemtech Putrifier if the enemy has a lot of sustain, Rabadon's Deathcap and Mejai's Soulstealer; it can be a variation of those items. Let me know what you think!

Well howdy hey! This is more off-meta than a meme! I think with the new changes to Chemtech Putrifier I would defenitly recommend that item over Demonic Embrace or the Void Staff. As for Ardent Censer, Rabadon's Deathcap, and Mejai's Soulstealer, I would consider those all really situational compared to the Moonstaff core of the build! If youre team doesnt not get great use out of Ardent Censer I would not recommend spending the money on it if youre behind/have a greater need for healing reduction/magic pen. Rabadon's Deathcap and Mejai's Soulstealer I can only recommend if youre very clearly ahead and if you have the capability to play back and stay safe with stacks for your mejai's sake especailly. If you are using the Guardian rune page, I can also recommend a Redemption or Mikael's Blessing for extra healing and team-fight utility!
