Could you explain why chemtech? Ziggs can't heal or shield allies so you can't proc 60% so why not go morello? Sure guardian can shield but with a long CD that 60% is often wasted at the beginning of a TF when the juggernaut comes in and cleans up because your missing the heal-cut 60%.

Gladly! Chemtech is very situational as I would only get it against a team with 4+ healers. (Dr. Mundo, Olaf, Yone, Samira, Soraka)

Against that team I would get Orb early and build Redemption after finishing Shurelya's. Then I'd go Chemtech.

Even without Guardian and Redemption, the stats are very gold efficient and is 200g cheaper than Morellonomicon. It's optional if you want, but is usually unlikely to be completed in most games unless you rush it after Shurelya's.

I've only really needed to use chemtech in maybe 4 games. But when I do, the healing reduced is noticeable in the end-of-game stats. Hopefully this helps.
