I accidentally stumbled upon this guide and I still can't really believe it isn't that well known yet. I mean, this is an absolute behemoth of a guide, super informative. It's impressive how long it is, but thanks to your tidy formatting it's still pleasant to read. I especially really liked the matchup and synergy chapters. Extensive but clear and tidy. I have one small point of feedback though. I think it might be more logical to put the skill sequence after the ability explanations. I personally like the "Jhin-Lulu" lane because her Attackspeed buff increases his AD and Jhin uses raw AD very, very well.
She might not provide him with easy to follow up CC but she brings him through lane and helps him survive fights as an inmobile carry who does not have any form of instant hard CC (like Ashe and her Crystal Arrow).
I would rate it... 3/4 stars out of 5 - what do you think about my point? Curious to know!

Regarding the Lulu-Jhin lane, it's true that she can give him AD that compensates the fact that Jhin can't use her attack speed buff from Whimsy well, but the reason I put the synergy only to 2 stars is because Jhin can only really do 4 auto attacks and then has to reload, making the bonus damage on attacks from Pix not do very much. Also, Jhin will use ultimate in a lot of the fights to damage enemies if he has the opportunity, making yet another point that Lulu would be much better off with a different (attack-speed based) carry and Jhin with a different support who can CC for him. Last point I'd like to make is that even though attack speed gives Jhin more AD, you will be using your Whimsy for polymorph instead of attack speed bonus a lot, since this meta is very bursty. It's true that this synergy is the "high end" of 2 stars - not bad, not the best either. I'll consider putting it as 3 star thanks to your input.
Overall, it's playable and like you said, Lulu can still peel those pesky assasins and bruisers for Jhin, but both of them don't utilize the other's kit fully.
