Imho, Karma is the most perfect champion in the game. She's got nice dmg, lot of cc which can help your jungle to easily gank and even help yourself to mess around top or other lanes. Remember to use lot of auto attack. For the opponent is nothing, but Grasp scales well with Karma. Auto attack is the key here to win. It may be weak at the beggining and inpredictable for your oponents, but as I mentioned, it scale well. IF you are a bit bored on the summoers rift, after few years of playing the game, try something new and something fresh, like I did.
I was thinking about something really unique, and so my love for this perfect champion, combined with curiosity of how-it-will-we-working born this really entertaining idea of Karma on top. And you know what? The best part of this is that no1 expect such a strong champion on top :))
