I think this guide is flawed greatly, you have champions that are "major" counters to Fiora yet they are actually quite easy, Aatrox, you can stun easily, build executioners and just kill easily enough, riven you can stun her using her 3rd Q and w and kalista is a squishy adc and fiora's ult can shred her.

Actuall good guide tbh...

I do not play Fiora myself, so my knowledge on builds and runes is limited

Cheatsheet

I’d like to see some notes in the cheatsheet. For example as to when inspiration secondary/sorcery secondary is taken.
I’d avoid using set groups as they make your cheat sheet unnecessarily large. I think you can do without as the headers of the item blocks give enough information on their own (on top of being in chronological order!).
I’d refrain listing Mercury's Treads in the situational changes block as they are already listed in the example build and they seem to be your standard type of boots.

Introduction

I do not agree with the assessment that the jungler ganking potential is “Strong”. Fiora does not have good setup CC (her Riposte stun is VERY conditional and besides that she only has a slow). It is alright at best…

Why Fiora

A champion with utility is a champion that can help his/her team with CC, heals, shields and whatnot. Fiora has almost no utility (as I mentioned, her setup CC isn't that good and the healing from ultimate is also kinda conditional). It's okay to be enthusiastic about a champ and presenting things a bit nicer than they actually are, but calling her utility great is a big stretch.

Runes

Rule no.1 of writing runes/items sections: Make sure to include all options that are shown in the cheat sheet and vice versa.
Rule no.2 of writing runes/items sections: when you copy descriptions from the league of legends wiki, CHECK THE TEXT. Just… read it… When you copy those descriptions, the images will transform into random text gibberish, you have to make sure to remove that gibberish so that the description stays readable… (Example: read the Conqueror description)
Rule no.3 of writing runes/items section: rather than explaing why certain options are good, you should also explain when they are taken vs other option. For example, although Sorcery secondary is listed in the cheatsheet, I have no idea when to take it. Explaining that in the runes section is ideal.
I do not understand the Triumph explanation. What does Death's Dance passive have to do with this? What does proccing ultimate have to do with this? If you do not proc your ult you didn’t kill your enemy in the first place right?
I’d mention that the MR shard should be taken vs AP matchups.

Items

Maw of Malmortius is missing.
Why do you value lifesteal so much? This is kind of Fiora specific so it might be a good idea to expand on this somewhere in the guide.
Death's Dance is good but not necessarily because of the healing… The MR/Armor and bleeding passive are definitely worth mentioning.
I am not sure when to go Sterak's Gage vs Guardian Angel when do you want more health instead of an extra life?
I am not sure about the emphasis on Mercury's Treads. What if you are stuck in an awful (AD) matchup, wouldn’t building Ninja Tabi be a better idea?
I believe that the main reason for building BoRK on bruisers atm is the 12% current health damage, is that idea correct or are the attack speed & life steal more important?

Summoner Spells

At teleport it says (Lane Presence), but I’m not sure whether that is correct regarding the description.

Abilities & Ability sequence

Fiora’s passive is called Duelist's Dance, not Soul Eater.
Riposte’s description starts with Fiora Fiora.
I would list all the ability stats at abilities rather than listing some in both sections. Listing stats in a section where you talk about using abilities is rather confusing as well.
The name “Ability sequence” is often used to refer to the order in which abilities should be leveled. Not how they should be used. “Ability usage” is a more appropriate term for what you are talking about.

Early/mid/lategame

Why is almost the entire slow burn paragraph in italics?
When should the slow burn playstyle be played over the snowball playstyle? (and vice versa) Is it matchup dependent?
I believe that if you are the stronger sidelaner you should always look to split. A Fiora can be insanely hard to deal with if she knows the art of splitpushing. Her teamfighting isn’t that good (single-target damage, no CC, kiteable, etc) so unless you are not able to match the enemy sidelaner/splitpush safely you should not look to group.

Presentation

First my global perception: I like the white blue theme in combination with IG Fiora. The amount of splashes is a bit... much though. I guess you like the skin a lot ;)

Then the nitty-gritty specifics:

What has changed (section)
- There is a random ] at the start of the “what has changed” section.
- The links of Adaptive Force and fleetfoot are broken. Not sure if this is intended. As far as I know there isn’t a wiki link to adaptive force, but Fleet Footwork works out.
- There is a missing space between Yuumi and “has”.
- My guess is that the text of this section is supposed to be centered between the images. However, that didn’t work out. It looks a bit odd now (at least, to me).
Introduction
- Rather than using the BBCode for the loading cards, you could change them to images & add code so you go to the guide when you click on the respective image. Right now you might trick people into accidentally going to the Battle Principal Yuumi skin page.
- Capitalize “information”.
About me
- There are two missing spaces in this section (1 at "Why did I start streaming?I studied ..."). There are also a few other places in your guide where words are glued together.
Why Fiora
- I can see what you tried to do in this section, but I don’t think it is working out. I’d remove one of the image so that the image & text occupy (roughly) the same amount of vertical space, uncenter the text and add [list] & [*] tags to the list (Check out the General BBCode Guide if you don’t know what I mean by this)
Runes
- Typo at Legend: Alacrity: “Battleing” should be “Battling”.
- I like the images; my only concern is that the text below Precision/Inspiration is not possible to read and that you may not have enough space to explain your choices.
Pros and cons
- Rogue ] tag at “Early Game Domination”
Items
- Typo in Ravenous Hunter description: Choise --> choice
- You say “Death’s dance” twice at the start of its description
Abilities
- Capitalize “bladework”.
- ”Aswel as” should be “As well as”
Questions & Conclusion
- There is a rogue [/center] tag at the bottom left.

The guide is alright. You got the basic stuff covered, but I wouldn't call it in-depth. I consider a guide to be in-depth when it covers stuff like:

Advanced mechanics/combo's
Gameplay chapters; think of a detailed section about splitpushing, warding, wave management or jungle tracking.
Complete matchup section

Not saying that all of this should be added, but any of this elevates a guide beyond the basic level.
