Bully: Your highest kill threat is level 9 when you can get to Q him often, if he ever misses his Q and he is 70% hp then you can all in him, just remember to keep your R2 for executing him once he gets off the house and then finish him with Q.
Sion
BAN. Bully: In lane he out ranges you and can block your damage with shield as well as out waveclear you. It is not a fun lane and it is not fun after. I go Fleet footwork and full assassin and just try and hold on to your tower for as long as possible. Your goal is just to kill enemy backline in teamfights and look for picks. If he goes and splitpushes all game then you are fuqed. But in general you just wanna snowball the matchup by landing your E onto him and use your shroud to move around and poke him with AAs and Qs. at level 6 you wanna all in Sion when his shield is down, then you can kill him.
Aatrox
Outscale: you W into him as soon as he Qs you and then you just stand and Q him until he uses Q3 then you just E out and win the trade.
Akshan
Bully: This matchup only becomes playable at level 6 but don't fight him pre-6, he will kill you! go fleet footwork and d-shield to stay healthy. at level 6 you freeze and use your combo, it is very important that you are either near him t all times so he can't swing away (the swing gets cancelled if you damage him) of you have your E marked on him to follow him.
Camille
Bully: This lane is a farm lane until you hit level 6, at that point you get immense kill pressure due to you having a combat ultimate and her having a utility ultimate. I would not bother trying to trade with her pre-6 since she just regens with her W and getting farm so you have a stronger all in when it matters. In lane all you wanna do is stand next to the opposite wall that Camille does and E her if she tires to E you. Also don't trade your Q for her W. It is really important that you smash her before she get Divine Sundere since it is a huge powerspike for Camille and it is at that point that Camille becomes a champion. the best wave state for you is a neutral lane so she can't jump on walls and you can trade aggressively. Also never get caught out without your W, since she will just ult you and AA you down.
Cassiopeia
Bully: You land E; you win. just freeze and stand in a bush for zoning, you can legit just run her down and you jungler can eat for free if he ever paths toplane.
Cho'Gath
Bully: You just want to zone him off the wave when you get level 3 and if he walks up the your just combo him down. Cho'gath has some pretty impressive damage and sustain if he gets to touch the wave so try and avoid giving him the opportunity. At level 6 you just all in him.
Darius
Bully: You just wait until you hit level 6. You Q -> He E -> You E -> You E2 -> He W and Q -> You ult to dodge and use the passive MS to gap close or W and Q him a couple of times and then R2 to finish him off, try and ignite him when you are in shroud since his Q will be up soon. He becomes impossible to kill after two items so make sure to stomp him. But you are more useful in teamfights so there is that.
Dr. Mundo
Bully: You need to play super agro since as soon as he gets his 2800g mythic then he can pretty much tank your entire combo three times over and still barely get a scratch. So my advice is to just farm it out until you hit level 6 and all in him, due to his ult, you won't kill him unless he is at ~55% hp but you will send him back to base, now you gain an advantage and can use that to snowball. In this matchup there really is not much to it other than don't get hit by his Qs and use Ignite when he ults. Also first use your W when he is low since Mundo get a huge amount of AD when he is low, so using shroud to block AAs is very important and the of course R2 towards your tower so he can't run you down.
Fiora
Bully: When she gets her first item, she will just roll you over like you were a minion.
Don't E when her parry is up unless you are sure that you can kill her. Just poke her down with Q and if she decides to parry you for no reason, then you can kill her super free post level 6. Just remember to keep your shroud for her ult, she can hit vitals if you shroud but it is impossible for her to know where you are.
Gangplank
Bully: As soon as you hit level 6 you can just unleash your entire combo and kill him, just remember to ignite early so he can't pop potions throughout the fight.
Garen
Bully: You have to play this flawlessly to win while Garen can make a thousand mistakes and still sleep through this matchup.
You want to E his Q silence and poke him with Qs. Just be aware that if you are 70% Hp or below post level 6 then he will just flash on you can kill you, but garen should never be able to touch you anyway. post-6 you have to duke his silence with your E before you go in or you will die no matter if he is half hp and you are full hp, but if his silence is down then you just ult him when he spins and Q him down and kill him. I would advice you to poke him down a bit before you all in him though.
Gnar
Bully: There is no way you should lose this matchup, you just eat his poke with pre-6 and then you just force on him post-6 when he has no fury. take fleet footwork and d-shield.
Gragas
Bully: You just take grasp and win every trade, don't ever E him if he has his dash since it will negate your E. All you wanna do is Q him and use your passive and if he engages on you then you just E. It becomes very easy to kill him level 6 if he misses his dash. The only way you will lose lane is due to Gragas having better wave clear making it easy for him to freeze and since Gragas has very good gank set up it can be a very dangerous lane so make sure to know where the enemy jungler before you engage.
Graves
Bully: He will win when he gets his first item, but you win all ins level 6 just don't die before that. the issue with graves is that he will permanently push making it very hard to land your E but if you fight him as the new wave arrives (don't fight on a cannon wave, it will just make it harder for no reason) and play around your shroud then you should be able to poke him down enough that you don't need your E. You should look to shroud when he smoke screens you and this will allow you to reposition without him getting free damage on you.
Gwen
Bully: It is honestly very hard to write a matchup on Gwen since she is either OP or complete dogwater. but in general you just wanna wait for level 6 to kill her since you can just shroud and make her Q completely worthless while you poke her down. Also Gwen players will Q E you for big damage so have your E ready to dodge it and turn the trade into a favourable one.
Heimerdinger
Bully: You turtle and then all in him level 6, you just ult onto him and E him then shroud to dodge his stuff and then Q him down until you can execute him. if he get crown then you are in big trouble so it is important that you smash him early.
Illaoi
Outscale: You are much more useful in teamfights. In lane you are really just looking for your level 6 power spike and if she ever misses her E then you can kill her. It is also a net positive if you manage to trade your ult for hers since Illaoi is the most Ult dependent champ in the game. If you make her ult then you can easily gank her.
Irelia
Bully: Don't do anything until level 6, she will just heal the damage you deal so you are looking for the all in (focus on CS), once you hit level 6 you just kill her. Just remember not to use your shroud immediately but wait until you have low energy. And if you get hit by E then you die glhf.
Jax
Bully: You just Q poke him and if he jumps on you then you just E him and he can't do anything, it becomes even harder for him when you hit level 6, you just poke him until he is low and then all in him. Jax has to go AP to have a useful ult against you, but if he goes AP then he is grieving.
Jayce
Bully: Just eat his poke and kill him level 6, there is no way he will survive your combo, Jayce relies on using his kit to distance himself away from you and go for short trades into kiting you to death. But Akali has 3 gap closers, so as long as you hit your E then I doubt that you will ever lose against him. Now you can kill him pre-6 but it requires him to misplay by trying to smash his hammer onto you, then you just E him and run him down. But if the Jayce is good then he will just perma poke you.
Kayle
Bully: It is exactly the same as Nasus but Kayle scales harder and you can kill her pre-11 as long as you are ahead. I would honestly just tell you to towerdive her if she is level 5 and you are level 6, it is so worth and there is no way she will survive it, worst was scenario is that you will trade one for one and she will miss 3 waves. But do try and crash the wave as early as possible so there isn't a wave arriving that she can hide behind to dodge your E. When you all in her in lane post-6 then you just R1 E and Q her then you W behind her so she can't escape and then Q her down, you can easily eat her ult and just finish her off with R2.
Kennen
Bully: He will just perma poke you, but as soon as you hit level 6 then you can just kill him as long as you hit your E. Just get merc treads after your needlessly large rod. You can kill him level 4+ but it requires you to hit E, which is lowkey impossible.
Malphite
Bully: Malphite can't deal with AP champs, although Malphite does out trade you if you trade Qs, so only trade with with him if you can land your E but if you manage to land your E then you will completely destroy him specially if you wait out his Q so you can run him down (Given that he landed Q on you when you threw your E), at level 6 you can just destroy him.
Mordekaiser
Bully: this champ is about playing super agro from level 6-11. You just have to land a Q and use your passive to gap close, then you do your entire combo (remember to ignite him when his shield is running out) and then he should be dead. Remember to save you shroud for his ult, but it is worth using the shroud if you manage to dodge everything before Mordekaiser ults.
Nasus
Bully: I hate these kinda matchups where you are at the hands of your jungler. If your jungler is good then this lane is beyond free, if you get weaksided then this is a rough one.
You basically wanna kill him pre-6, Nasus will have a lot of sustain so you should go Fleet Footwork to match and D-shield. If the Nasus is good then he will be start E and get lane prio meaning that you will only have a single chance to freeze (4:30-5:00) before he gets level 6. If he is bad he will start Q and let you gain lane prio which means you will be able to freeze twice at 4:00 and at 5:30. Matchup is really simple, you just spam Qs on him and if he withers you then you just E away and then you can E back if he is low and W for the energy to Q him down.
Ornn
Bully: You only win trades if you land your E Q combo. When he is about to proc his brittle you just W and disengage. at level 6 you wanna keep your shroud until he ults so you can easily dodge it and it should result in a kill. If you are not turbo ahead before he gets his mythic, then you just wanna catch waves and roam, there is no way you kill an Ornn from there on.
Pantheon
Outscale: You are really just looking for your level 6 powerspike since at that point you can just all-in and combo him down. You should use your E defensively when he tries to stun you and then you can E back to him and extented the trade using your shroud to dodge his Qs. It really depends on you reaction time to E his stun but post-6 he should not be an issue.
Poppy
Bully: You should just Q her to death and avoid walls, your usual Ult E combo won't work because she will just ground your ult, what you wanna do is hit her with an E and ult onto her and then she will W and after you are grounded then you just E onto her and R2. If she does not W your R1 then you get to E2 for free if you just use R1 in max range so you end up standing beside her, at that point she won't have the reaction to W your E2 and you can shroud to hide your R2. But in general you just wanna get ahead early by spamming Qs and being creative by how to maker her use her W, for example using your E to for her W is good if she is low since you can then just force onto her with your W movement speed and then R her for free. One thing you don't wanna do ever is dive a Poppy.
Quinn
Bully: If you make it to level 6, going roughly even then you auto win this matchup since you have a combat ultimate. The real threat in this matchup is that she can legit just ditch you level 6 and permanently roam and in the time she has impacted the map, you have only gotten one plate because you take towers so ******** slow so ask your jungler to help you with rift herald.
Renekton
Outscale: if Renekton dashes towards you then you E him, this gives you a window to Q him and use your passive AAs to chunk him down. Renekton is far more ult dependent than you are so if both of you have no ult then look to trade him aggressively, especially if he has no fury since Renekton is not a champ without fury.
Rengar
Outscale: You don't want your jungler to gank you in this matchup, Rengar can easily 1v2 for a double kill, and ending the game there and then. What you wanna do is play like a little baby and respect his jump range. If he jumps on to you then just E him, but don't E back to him or you are dead meat. The only thing I can tell you is that you should try and freeze and spam Qs at him when he walks up to break the freeze. If he freezes then you have to call your jungler since Rengar will never let you walk up. You should go fleet footwork with inspiration secondary for a free stopwatch and biscuit delivery for the health. get Zhonya's second and build Chemtank.
Riven
Bully: You just have to hope for her to make a mistake post-6 and kill her. You can kill her if you hit E and she does not have shield. As the games goes on it becomes more about who can assassinate the enemy backline quickest than who can kill who. Go full Assassin in this matchup and buy Zhoya's second item.
Ryze
Bully: Like all other ranged/poke matchups, you need to either land an E or wait for level 6. nonetheless there really isn't much to this matchup other than you should kill him as fast as possible before he ults away.
Rumble
Outscale: Honestly, it is just like Ryze but you should shroud when he does his flamethrower move so you don't take damage, also use you gapclosers sparingly since he has slows and MS boost.
Sett
Outscale: You can look for something level 6+, if he wastes his E and W then you can win trades pre-6. But else I would wait until you are at least level 9 and just spam him down with Qs and if he ever Es you then you just E him and Q him down, and if he ults you then you just ult him to distance yourself from him. You really wanna use your shroud when his grit is stacked and wait for it to disappear, if you do this then Sett player will usually disengage or blind W hoping for a hit, it is just important you shroud his escape path so you can run him down when his grit dissapears. What you don't wanna do is walk up to a wave without your E or W because then you are basically dead.
Shen
Bully: Try and E his Taunt, if you fail then you will lose 30% of your HP, there is not more to this matchup. If you don't completely stomp him then he will beat you in both teamfights and in a sidelane so you better win lane and hope you don't get weak sided. Lucky for you he does not have a combat ultimate so if you manage to make him waste his taunt then you will outright kill him.
Singed
Bully: You will never lose lane to a Singed but he will just run predator and impact the entire game more than you ever will plus he has ten times your waveclear. Also fyi, Singed players will only try and 1v1 you if their junglers are there since Singed has insane gank setup. Best advice I can give you is to CS like your life depends on it and spend most your time pinning your team mates.
Sylas
Outscale: if you can hit level 6 before him then you just force the 1v1.
Try and E his knock up move, if you succeed then you can win the 1v1 but since he has your ult that means you will never kill him post-6. So just play to scale.
Tahm Kench
Bully: If you don't manage to kill him early then you never will. Just permanently Q him and try to land Es on him, there really isn't much about this matchup that requires skill other than you being relentless in using your lane prio.
Teemo
Bully: Just wait until level 6 and then all in him, although you need to land your E or you just die and you need to be full health to win the 1v1. Remember to use your W for when he blinds you and you should be good.
Trundle
Bully: It is pretty much just another Garen but is easier in lane due to his lack of sustain but Trundle will beat you when he gets his mythic and 50 MR. So it is very important you look for kills and snowball this lane. Go grasp and start Darkseal refillable. Your goal is just to either winlane so hard he can't splitpush which will usually not happen, your other goal should be to impact the map and TP plays at 14+ min. You do much better in teamfights but Trundle can take towers even if you are defending them so get your team together can catch him.
Tryndamere
Bully: He is funnily enough most dangerous level 1-5 since he has more damage and sustain than you. Your E is also higher CD than his E so don't talk up without having up. At level 6 the matchup just becomes free since you can permanently Q him and if he Es onto you then you just E him and E back and shroud him , all you have to do is hold your R2 as an execute for when he his ult runs out, to try and space him throughout his ult so he can't just E away.
Urgot
Bully: this requires incredible auto spacing and reaction time, you basically want a spam Qs and empowered AAs, if he ever lunges at you then you E him and then you win ( you can even do a prediction E when you do Q AA for the first time since all Urgot player will jump on you if you get in that range) . When you hit level 6 you can use your ult if you are close range , he won't be able to react but if he has E then he will just use the E as an escape so it is a judgement call of whether you believe that you can kill him by chasing him down before he can make it to turret. With that being said you need to curb stomp this guys so hard that he will be at 1 item when you are at 2.5 items. So be brutal and look for even opportunity to further your lead and put him behind.
Vayne
Bully: As for any ranged champ you can just kill her at level 6. But you can actually kill her at level 4+ since you can poke her with your Q and if she Qs towards you so she is exposed to an E then you can just straight up run her down.
Vladimir
Bully: she can pool your E which is very annoying, but because of the long lane, it allows you to run him down if you ever hit an E, else you just wait for level 6 to all in him or level 9 when you can just run him down with Qs.
Volibear
Bully: If he tries to Q you then you just E him and wait for it to expire then you just E2 him and get the shroud, then you just Q him down and AA space him. If he does not try and Q you then you just perma Q him and hit him with empowered AAs. At level 6 you just get him to 50% Hp and burst him down with your ignite.
Warwick
Outscale: You can't AA space him because of his Q. So just try and land Qs and Es and use your W to kite him, if he tries to run you down. Just be sure not to get caught out without W or E. At level 6 you wanna just use your combo when he is 50% hp, just make sure to shroud his fear move and don't use any damaging abilities while it is on since it reduces all damage by 35% unless he is really low, it is better just to save them for when it expires after 2.5 secs.
Wukong
Bully: he has extremely low MR and you should just be able to kill him over and over agin in lane by poking him with Q and empowered AAs. Wukong has two gap closers and you are only allowed to E2 onto him if at least one of them are down or you are close to your turret. at level 6 you should just be able to kill him since he can't block both your E, R1, and R2. Now if he ults your E2 then you just disengage and now you have ult and he does not, if he does not R your E then you can just insta R1 and he cant react to it, then you just poke him with Shroud and Q him and then you can ult from out from shroud and he will never be able to react to it. Now if he does Ult your E and you are afraid of being run down then you of course can use your ult as an escape tool, but it will be hard to kill him without ult.
Yasuo
Bully: Yasuo is more mobile than Yone and can windwall your abilities, but it is practically impossible for him to windwall your R E combo. but in general you can pretty much just kill him if he ever over extents but R'ing onto and W so you can Q him down and E when he has used his windwall.
Yone
Bully: You should always hold your E unless you are sure you can land it, but else you just hold E for when yone uses his empowered E. Once you hit level 6 it becomes nearly impossible for Yone to do anything, you have too many dashes and MS for him to land anything, and it only takes you 5 seconds to burst him down. Level 6 you just land R and E onto him and if he goes into clone then you just wait it out and hold your E2 if he tries to escape with his R,
Yorick
Bully: You dodge E you win this matchup, what you need to do is just perma poke him with Qs and E him then W to stop him from Qing you. You need to win this matchup before he gets hullbreaker, because the more gold he gets the more impossible he becomes to kill.
Zeri
Bully: She really relies on slowing you, but you have 3 gap closers so she is free food, you can all in her pre-6 if you manage to land E, but don't count on it since she has a dash, but if you can manage to bush camp her so she can't react to your E then you can easily kill her.
