Why play Sona?
Sona is easy to play and massively scales into the late game. She gets countered by virtually all supports that can force all-ins. Consequently, you will ofter find yourself having a rough early game if you want to first pick Sona. However, Sona's late game is so ridiculuosly strong that winning the lane is totally optional.
