Champion Build Guide
Early Game: Zone out the enemy laner. Place soldiers to poke the enemy when they walk up. NEVER greed for more poke and just play it slow. If they get low and refuse to back, you can look for a kill with ignite. Try to avoid shoving the lane, however if the enemy laner backs or dies, push your wave as fast as you can- if you know the enemy jg / mid isn't going to gank, greed for an early plate as well.
Mid Game: This should be around when you get your Liandry's. Look to shove every wave and get as many platings as you can (and hopefully the first tower). You have enough mana and poke now to straight up just not let the enemy laner play the game. Make sure you still play safe with a good ward game to ensure you keep your lead. After your first tower, you can look to continue splitpushing, or you can roam to help with team fights and objective control. Remember if you have teleport you can generally afford to splitpush while still having prescence elsewhere!
Late Game: By now, you should be hopefully ahead. You'll want to continue splitpushing using demolish and nashor's to deal a lot of damage to towers. Remember to use safety tools like your passive, ult, etc. when you're in danger. Since you are building full damage, you should be able to get a 1 for 1 trade if you're collapsed on, or even win some fights if you play well and are ahead. Remember, as Azir, you also have a lot of objective control, so be sure to help your team with major drag or baron fights. At this point in the game, your macro does begin to resemble a traditional top-laner, but make sure to remember that as a full dps, your job is NOT to front-line, but to poke from the back and look for a huge all-in play.
P.S. keep in mind this build is incredibly risky. don't get me wrong, you are VERY consistent with aery, scorch, and bone plating, BUT if you mess up and give like 2 or more kills and you fall behind- GG
on a more realistic note though, this build is actually incredibly fun and it makes the whole "i control everything" fantasy of azir come true- i highly recommend you give it a shot if you enjoy azir... just make sure to practice a little in draft before taking it to ranked LMAO; also keep in mind that with the azir changes in the next patch, this build will become a little weaker :(
