Sorry for the late reply but now i will answer your question.

By running ingenious hunter you lower the cooldown of ecliplse and divine where eclipse goes from 6 secconds down to a mere 4 secconds where you can proc it multiple times a fight the same goes for divine its cool down is the same, that doesnt stop there any item that has a long cool down and u can use it every fight now will most likely be up. Also fun fact it works on wards so u can place more. the only thing u are missing out on by running enginious is either bounty hunter for snowball into buying items where its good if you are against squishies as u want you power spikes faster.


As for the standard free boots with cosmic insight you will have a longer cooldown on smite however if you use smite only on crusial moment it wont be an issue as for the cd you lose out on flash yes it hurts quite a bit but having more brawling power nowadays will help you more although u wont have that great sticking power .


I have found that whenever i am running 2+ items that have cooldowns it is often powerful enough to carry through with enough sustain of eclipse shields and sundered sky healing.
