As an Emerald Zyra OTP, the primary runes are good, but Domination is so much better. I take Cheap Shot OR Taste of Blood + Treasure Hunter OR Ultimate Hunter. As of 14.6, Treasure Hunter has a lot of value due to the support item being reduced.

I don't find that triple tonic has much value on Zyra. She already does a lot of damage. She gains a lot more value from getting her second item quicker or ulting more often.

I'm a veteran Zyra player (and she was my first M7 <3), but I'm looking forward to read your whole guide and give your advices a try so I can play her more! I've leave her aside a bit, because I really like playing ADC the most, but playing support can be more rewarding and relaxing for all the control you can have playing it, and Zyra is one of those support that are a joy to play with. I hope improving positioning, which is my worst aspect with her, I'm sure. Either way, thank you for taking your time to help others like me. ^^

Really good guide although I’ve had good success recently with taking cheapshot and ultimate hunter over the inspiration tree with the comet build. Also imo maxing W is better than max Q or E

Really nice guide, I started playing zyra 2 weeks ago and have fallen in love with her kit but I still can't play her (whoops oh well) so I came to your guide. It helped me a lot with everything and kept me alive/in a good position to poke now that I understand more of her combo/poking qualities.
