Spells:
Flash
Cleanse
Ability Order
Battle Fury (PASSIVE)
Tryndamere Passive Ability
Introduction
I chose a balance of runes between his damage that he does and the critical chance that he has. Since he gets a lot of his critical chance from items I made most of my runes critical damage. All these runes will help early game.
The spells i chose for Tryndamere are a must to be able to get away easily or to just secure a kill. Flash will deeply help you escape and offense. Cleanse is also essential due to the fact that if you're stunned or slowed you drop like a rock without you life stealing.

It is super easy to farm minions. Farming minions also help get those items that you need dearly to be a successful Tryndamere. Getting red buff, dragon, and other jungle monsters will help a lot. Dont grab blue. Blue is to be left for your teammates because they would better benefit from it.
Farm up until your fury bar is all the way full and keep attacking. The higher it is the more criticals you will send out. This boosts your critical chance by a lot.
If you're chasing: Mocking Stout->Spinning Slash->Cut them down
If you're running: Cleanse(if CC'ed)->Spinning slash(hopefully through wall)->Flash(if needed)
If you're getting beat by opponent: Dont ultimate until you're about 25% of you're hp then Ultimate->Cut them down->Use above methods depending on situation

As I said Tryndamere is really item dependent. Early game you would want to play smart. That explains the two health pots you buy. This will help you stay in lane and get that experience you need. The brawler's glove will also help you get those crits you need in order to raise your fury bar.
The reason why I bought Merc Treads instead of Bezerker Graves is due to the fact that Tryndamere can easily be killed by magic users. This will help him survive better throughout the whole game.
The purpose of the Phantom Dancer is to increase movement speed and attack speed while giving you a decent amount of critical chance. This deeply changes your game play. You can get in and out faster, attack faster, and crit more.
The Bloodthirsters are there for damage and the lifesteal it gives. It will be able to get you back to full health in seconds.
The infinity edge is mainly for the damage output increasing you critical damage and your normal attack.
Finally, the ghostblade adds onto both your attack and critical chance giving you 100% critical chance and 1k-1.5k of damage each attack.
Results: 3 hit ko = Xin zhao, fiddles, teemo, ashe and other squishys and about 5-10 hits on tanks
