This build is heavily inspired by a French guide/video created by Raysor, which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZeGlwm9IB8.

I also adapted it based on my own experience playing Briar, mainly in the jungle at low elo (Silver). Even though the original concept is a bit off-meta, the build has consistently felt reliable, especially in longer games.

What I personally like about this setup is how stable it feels when games start going badly. Compared to more aggressive snowball-oriented builds, falling behind feels far less punishing, even against stronger enemy junglers. The scaling and survivability help reduce the impact of early mistakes while still keeping decent damage output.

That said, the build is not weak during the early or mid game either. Briar can still pressure fights, skirmishes, and objectives quite effectively, and with even a small lead the build becomes surprisingly hard to deal with. Once ahead, the mix of sustain, durability, and damage allows you to snowball while remaining much safer than more glass-cannon oriented setups.

The build also feels surprisingly balanced across multiple roles — top, mid, and jungle — although jungle is where I tested it the most.

This is my first Mobafire guide, so some parts may still be a bit rough or incomplete. I'm also a low elo player myself, mainly around Silver, so this guide is mostly based on my personal experience using the build in actual games.

I mainly wanted to share this setup because I rarely saw this version of Bruiser Briar mentioned anywhere outside of the original French video that inspired the build. Since I found it surprisingly effective and enjoyable to play, I thought it deserved a bit more visibility.
