I really like it. It does a lot of damage by the end, however it lacks any real armour. Something like thornmail would be good, especially if they're any kind of fed.

Looks interesting. Gonna test that out and vote after testing.

Not sure why you really need the Swiftness quints. Your W is both a slow and a boost, so chasing enemies should be no problemo. Also, your ultimate can pull them back and knock them up in the air as well. I just dont see why you need the move speed quints. Getting cooldown reduction would be much better.

This is by far my favourite build with orianna.
When her skills do much damage- your regular attacks does too.
I usually stack seals of alacrity for extra AS and focus more on the passive APdmg in the beginning since her mana/manareg can be a pain(if you harass alot).

Great guide overall +1 from me!

This is an interesting build. I've tried it a couple times, and from what I've seen, I become a true glass cannon. The damage output is amazing, but I find I'm dying way more often than I would with a build I've been using.

My solution to this is to replace either rageblade or Nashor's Tooth with Banshee's Veil or Frozen Heart.

Good build though.

Piggy backing off of what Kraiden said above me, there is no real reason to get Wits End and Guinsoo Rageblade, as with the bonus 100% from Nashors Tooth and Malady, your attack speed is already maxed out at 2.5. You can easily switch out those items from something survivability focused. Rod of Ages, Rylais Crystal Scepter, Basnhees Veil, Abyssal Scepter,Zhonyas Hourglass, and even Frozen Heart are all items that could at some much needed survivability to this build, while also (with some items) increasing her nuking/autoattack power (Rod of Ages, Rylais, Abyssal Scepter, Zhonyas Hourglass).

My personal build would be Rod of Ages [450 health (630 after 10 min), 525 mana (725 after 10 min), 60 AP (80 after 10 min), Sorcerers shoes (more magic pen), Nashor's Tooth (+50% AS, +55 AP, 25% CDR, 10 Mana Regen per 5), Malady (+50% AS, +25 AP, 20 bonus magic damage, -6 MR on an enemy per hit), Rabadons Deathcap (+155 AP, multiplies total AP by 30%), then either Rylais Crystal Scepter (+500 Health, 80 AP, additional slow on top of your W) or Abyssal Scepter (+70 AP, 57 MR, aura decreasing enemy MR by 20). But the last items could also be switched out for any other survivability item. That way, your abilities still do some damage, you max your AS, and you can stay in the fight longer (which means more autoattacks/abilities).

I'm not going to upvote or downvote, because although I don't agree with this being the best build, it seems to work for some people and I guess it is viable.

I like the idea of this build. But there are some flaws within it.

Firstly, you buy redundant items. The attack speed cap is 2.5 - Orianna's level 18 attack speed is 1.285. So she only needs an extra 120% attack speed to max hers.

Moreover, how i see it, if you build attack speed, madreds bloodrazor is a must. (adds 100 magic damage per attack if attacking someone with 2500 health).

Also the building order i find strange, why build attack speed first? There is no use if the attacks do little damage. I would prioritize getting AP first and then getting AS, so the attacks actually stack damage.

The build also brings a lot of mana and survive issues. I would consider going:
RoA -> Deathcap -> Nashor -> Razor

But that's just my 3 cents (: Nice read other wise!
Cheers

For images. Like Doran's Ring

Just replace the brackets with square ones like []

I give this thumbs up for 3's and 5's. I have went 22/2/16 with this build in 5's. I go with the malady/wits end/nashors tooth/sorc boots/rabadons/lich bane build. It is beast. People downvoting this are not grasping the concept i think. Reading is hard... lol

I tested your 3 builds and I must say.. It's kinda funny.. But at endgame the DMG output is to low at Endgame for 5v5 (!). Its nice for getting kills. last game i get 16 4 23. For 3v3 is this build imho awesome. :) *thumbs up*
