Okay guide, but i really don't understand your matchups. You have renekton as a level 10 rating when trundle is supposed to counter him. Do you never start cloth 5? It's pretty much what you are supposed to start with in these situations and as long as you start cloth 5 you should not have much trouble against a renekton. Just make sure you q him every time he tries to attack you, this will greatly reduce his damage against you. And unless he flashes to stun you and catches you off guard, you should always be able to q him before he stuns you.

Thanks for this very well made guide. I am learning trundle and it is helping me a lot. Today in my first game with him I had 5/0/11 top lane and 21/5/17 in the jungle; I carried both of them. Thanks again.

Except that in reality, he doe not scale well with CDR considering his Q and ult are low cd anyway and he scales better on Health than resistance due to his ult stealing resistances.

Also, Randuin's active is really good on him.

40% CDR should be an early goal for trundle to have 2 pillars ready at once, so Frozen Heart > Randuin's Omen. Also synergizes better with your sustain abilities.

Great guide i have tried 4 trundle builds yesterday and today and this is the best of them in my opinion. Its up to date item-wise, he feels strong throughout the whole game (scaling decent to late), you max W instead of E which i have found a lot better and i didnt think of using the red smite you recommended but its awesome to trundle, and i like how you highlighted that he specializes as antitank.
Really good guide and if you have time you might as well explain the jungle runes, i didnt use them because they seemed odd and the other worked fine. =)

Frozen Mallet is better since you waste less stats, you get a lot of useless mana and ap. Although the sheen proc is good you can get that in Tri-Force, I think the slow on frozen mallet is equally good and can be proced more often plus you get a lot of free health
