If you want change Health for Health on Level 18 you can change, but is not that recommended.

Team Fight as Thresh

Your team fight is basicly ANNOY the other team and peel your adcarry, you have a good engage and a good desengage, certain Sentences will make you win the game in a few seconds.
You just have to get the Sentence in a carry to start a fight, if your team get started, you have to use sentence to peel your carry (but if you get the carrys, will really help to make your team win the fight).
