Ferocity
Fury - The attack speed will help you doing the Basic Combo(AA-Q-AA-Q-AA-Q)
Feast - This will give you sustain, a lot of riven's counters mostly counter her due to high sustain an example being
Renekton.
Vampirism - This mastery plus Doran's Blade or Doran's Shield will give you a much better sustain early game, in the case of Doran's Blade you will end up with 5% lifesteal and 2% spell Vamp at lvl 1.
Bounty Hunter - In this Line of the masteries you can also take
Battle Trance
in case that you decide to run
Fervor of Battle
since you will deal most of your damage later on while you have fervor stacked,
Battle Trance
if also better vs Low damage opponents, overall I prefer
Bounty Hunter
since riven has a high first blood pontential plus the fact that you will run ignite will give you 1 stack of
Bounty Hunter
really early plus that

will give you the most late game power of all 3 choices, just avoid
