Hiya, my name is Fafa02/ela vokac. I am playing on EUNE/EUW. I am support main right now, but I have played ADCs early, especially Vayne. This is my first guide. :)

In this guide, I will try to learn you how you should play Vayne to not feed and be able to carry in mid/late game.

On lots ADCs you would like the have Fleet Footwork or Lethal Tempo, I am not a fan of them, so here we go: Press the Attack goes well in early with your Silver Bolts and your Tumble, if you fire empowered AA with your Tumble as shot, which will proc Silver Bolts and Press the Attack, you are able to deal damage equal to 1/3 or more enemy ADC's health, which is amazing. Triumph is better than Overheal because Vayne excels at all-ins, but she is very squishy, so she often ends with low HP, that´s why you want Triumph. Vayne scales awesomely with AS, Coup de Grace should have everyone, who is playing with Precision runes.

Domination: As I said this build is for assassin Vayne, so you want to have Domination as a second path, Sudden Impact for extra lethality and more 1 shots ;). And Ultimate Hunter for lowering your Final Hour CD because that Ult is amazing and you can make awesome plays with it if you have the lead.

I like Doran's Blade more than Doran's Shield because it feels better in 1 or 2 shot trades and trust me if you trade as a vayne, which I do not recommend at all, you do not want to trade longer than 2 shots or 3 for your combo.

Stormrazor is a classical starting item for ADCs, who depend on AA just like vayne. Then Blade of the Ruined King for chasing or escaping. Then Zeal item for bonus MS, AS and Crit chance. I prefer Statikk Shiv Because it has higher damage than Phantom Dancer, but it is on you which Zeal item you will choose. Then Duskblade of Draktharr for higher damage in your Ult. And then choose 1 defensive item.

Pros: High carry potential in late, Best anti-tank ADC,

Cons: Weak early game, poor trade, can easily fall behind, high skillcap

Vayne in teamfights: You to be behind your teammates when the fight starts, when the enemies start wasting their skills on your team engager, you will start your Ulti + Q and come closer to their backline in invis, so you can deal high damage out of nowhere and ideally take out their mage or ADC before them even noticing you. Then finish the tanks and push lanes.

Vayne is extremely weak in early games and your only chance to start doing something is to get 3 items as soon as possible. So you want to last hit every CS you see. Ideal farm in 10 min is around 80 CS, your support should not engage until you have level 6 or B. F. Sword at least + some Daggers. The key to Vayne's success is to overfarm your opponent safely and not get killed. With your Tumble you should be able to dodge almost everything what enemy support can use on you.

Vayne is late game god and an early pleb. Do not try to fight in the very early game unless you have a highly profitable situation.
