Hey man, wondering how you'd feel about Minion Dematerializer instead of Biscuit Delivery and Cosmic Insight instead of Time Warp Tonic.
Here's my thoughts:

• Minion Dematerializer: your guide is based on Fiddlesticks moving around the map a lot and making plays. But on his own he doesn't have the greatest wave clear in lane. Here's where Minion Dematerializer could really help him shove out a wave to then go make a play elsewhere.
• Cosmic Insight: it gives you more cdr on your abilities / on your active items (meaning you have more uptime on Zhonya's Hourglass and Everfrost + it gives you even more cdr on your summoner spells, giving you the ability to use Teleport and Flash more.

Just some thoughts though! ^^

Nice guide man, have you considered going for Everfrost instead of Luden's Tempest?
You get a little less burst, but the active with it's slow is such a great item for Fiddlesticks.
Since the reworked ap items Everfrost gives you 20% cdr, just like Luden's Tempest. So in that aspect they are both just as viable, but I feel like when you go in with Crowstorm you get more value form the Everfrost slow than the extra burst of Luden's Tempest.
Just my opinion but I wanted to share it! ^^
