Not sure how to play Miss Fortune without protecting myself with a life steal item, maybe I will use the build provided in this guide with teleport which will grant me health and let me join the battle quickly x)

basically there's one word that pretty much summons up my reaction to your guide: Wow!
It's pretty nice and really in-depth.
There's just some minor thing I noticed but I'm kinda sure you already know that and are working on it anyway. In your match up and counter section are no comments and it only contains supports but it'd be great if you could add some ADCs with explanations too. Like Tristana is a pretty strong counter pick against MF. But Ezreal is kinda easy cause you can just poke him with q and so on.
But it's a really, really nice guide already! Keep it up. :]
