The basics of this build are to focus on the dark harvest rune, always do the jungle next to the lane where you will gank to take advantage of the rune buff and then do damage with your Q followed by E and end with R + W. Always focusing on lethality items you will secure the lanes with your ganks and knock down towers quickly!
