Hey, just a quick suggestion. I would swap out Maw for Sterak's Gage. It has more benefits than Maw.

I only recently started playing A-A-Trox in the last couple of days but the first day I was using the platinum guide 150+ games and I kept dying often early, no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't stay in the fight. I would be more valuable late game 30-40 minutes in, but at best I was playing for an even score.

I switched yesterday to this guide, and the difference is night and day. The worst game that I had was an even score and in one game I went something like 17-9-14 in particularly dominant fashion, with a couple of the deaths coming in late game lark runs. I even tried the level 2 instant gank and it worked like a charm, my team with no voice managed to wreck the bottom lane in the first two minutes, and it snowballed.

I very much prefer this guide. Quick question though, what boot augmentation do you prefer? I was thinking of either Alacrity, or Furor.

I think with sated devourer, building hydra became more viable. It now double procs every 2nd aa. This means you get more lifesteal and faster clears, as well as better teamfights.

In your last build Vs. FULL AD you build Zephyr last.
All in all, you get ASP-Bonus of 100% (items) + 33,8% (runes & masteries) + up to 115% through Blood Well and Ult. = up to 248,8%
You will reach the ASP-cap at 155% ASP-Bonus (2,5 = 0,98 * 255%), which means Blood Well and Ult contribute only 21,2% to ASP-Bonus in case they are up.

I see it is necessary to build ASP early. But isn't it a waste to add Zephyr with ASP+50% as finishing item, as ult CD is not too high (70 sec) and you will reach the ASP-cap easily without Zephyr?

What I've ended up doing is only upgrading the jungle item with the enchantment. I do this for two reasons. One: all of the fully upgraded jungle items are kind of meh on aatrox. Each one has something he can use but not everything he needs. Devourer only gives attack speed and deals magic damage and to be effective you have to farm with it instead of ganking (which I dont like). Warrior only gives ad and armor pen (less w procs). Juggernaut only gives health and tenacaity (****ty damage). I find that I do so much more just upgrading either to stalker or skirmishers and then rushing a botrk. Then I go randuins. You dont get any extra jungle benefits by fully upgrading anyway (no extra gold or monster damage). Botrk gets me everything aatrox wants. AS, AD, LS, and the slow active. Its more expensive but you end up dealing more damage with a cutlass and as runes anyway. Plus the slow from cutlass is like an extra stalkers blade. Nice guide btw though. Very interesting on Rage Blade. I had forgotten about its passive since it is so under used. I may need to add that to my build as well after I do some testing with it. Good job on the guide. I'm shocked honestly my Guide has had its reign for so long seeing that it is a bit out of date.
