Even if she's not in your lane, later in the game she can still chase you and kill you pretty easily with her ult if your team doesn't help.
Yone can also chase you, even if you do slow him.
She only has mid to short range skill shots, which, as mentioned, are easily avoided.
Long range auto attacker is bad news, but her ult is what's most scary. Can be outplayed with help from team.
Not too scary, but makes for a rough laning phase if she's good.
She can burst you down pretty quickly if you get slowed/stunned. Otherwise, not really a threat.
Just watch out for her cc skill shot bc it's aoe, but otherwise not really a threat.
You won't ever be in his range if you're playing correctly and can easily escape if you dodge his bandage toss. Make sure not to clump up with your team during team fights.
It's hard to play outside of her quill recall range, but if you do it right you'll be fine.
A poke support with roots, which is bad for us. Dodge her root and avoid taking too much damage and you'll be fine.
She's got good poke and a good ult but her polymorph doesn't pose much of a threat. Just play out of her range.

You should be able to see him coming, so escaping from him should be easy. Same for pretty much all tanks.

He has weird aoe attacks you can probably dodge with ease. Keep in mind he can travel the map very quickly with his e.

His poisons will slow you and do a lot of damage. He also can have increased range from his ult, so be wary.

She has speed to rival yours, slows and burst. Be very careful. If you can slow or even better, root her, you can probably get out at the expense of an exhaust and flash.
Good trundles build movement speed and will be very fast. They will also slow you and hit you like a damn freight train, so be careful.
You can't dodge her poke, and she may even be able to chase/give her team the ability to chase.
A disgusting amount of cc, but very short range. Play far back and don't let her bully your adc.
Can definitely chase with q leaps and high burst! Be very careful and you might be able to escape.

Zac will be uncommon, but good ones can definitely chase.

Very fast when ulting and has high burst, but you shouldn't see her till mid to late game. Play very safe with her on the enemy team.
Has good movement but might not be able to burst you down quick enough or chase you.
Does a lot of poke damage, but it's all skillshots for the most part so you should be ok.
He's very fast and does a lot of damage, so avoid hecarim at all costs if you have to play vs him.
Champion Build Guide
I'm a decently experienced Soraka player who only enjoys playing her at 100 mph and roaming. I enjoy having this much movement speed because for me, it solves one of Soraka's key weaknesses: how easily she dies when hit with any form of cc.
With the this guide's ms you can easily avoid skill shots, make some crazy getaways and duck in and out of battle when you want to.
Downsides are, your healing only ok, you tend to be at low health a lot due to your healing, you really need to scale and you're very squishy if somehow caught out.
!!! This is a build I came up with recently and am still testing it, so results may vary !!!
Staying alive with poke and kiting (Kiting is your best friend)
Providing assistance to your laners and jungler (and watching the mini map for ult opportunities)
Placing Aggressive wards
HOW TO PLAY
The idea of this kit is to provide you(and sometimes your team) with the mobility for easy disengages and escapes. Soraka is very squishy so often you'll be hanging around behind your team healing and occasionally poking with your q for healing and procing Cosmic Drive. Once fully built, when you proc Cosmic Drive you will briefly have over 520 ms, which is very fast. Generally, as long as you play farther back from your team in teamfights, nothing should be able to touch you that you can't outrun.
