My name is Mystech, I'm just your regular Gold player who enjoys helping out the community ^_^
I've played Lee Sin since Season 3 and I currently have over 300K Mastery points with 500 games steadily under my belt.

Items
Tracker's Knife Amplifies the power of your ganks and offers vision control.
Get Ninja Tabi if they have a lot of AA reliant champs.
Get Mercury's Threads if they have a lot of CC.
Get Black Cleaver for the damage and CDR.
Get Maw if the enemies' Mage is fed or if they have more Magic damage than Physical Damage.
This item is very good vs AS/Crit heavy teams. Don't but this against team with rely on neither.
Dead Man's Plate let's you get easier kicks and force fights.
Banshee's Veil protects you against CC and helps you take Magic damage.
Get Sterak's Gage if they have a burst heavy comp or want a bit of damage.
If the enemy has a lot of AOE Magic damage get this.
Runes
AD Marks for early damage.
Armor Yellows to help you in clears.
MR Blues for some resistance against AP.
CDR Blues for early game damage.
AD Quintessences for early damage.
Routes
After you finish your Buff look for a Gank or take Wolves/Raptors.
If you succeed at Ganking take the remaining buff and look for more ganks.
If you can't Gank any lane take scuttle and get your remaining buff.
ALWAYS LOOK AT THE MAP WHILE CLEARING, GIVES YOU A BETTER IDEA OF WHERE TO GANK
