Basically you need to run! You run faster than the normal Lillia and you can outplay better all of them, con can use Ghost in the jungle to go to a countergank because you get a lot of extra movement speed and you can go quickly to other lanes and help.
How to play Zoe!
In early is not different as the normal Lillia, but in late/mid game you are trying to be a nuke, as Zoe, spam your E to hit them and use the extra damage of the items to take one or two enemies out. You can see the different amount of damage between normal Lillia or this one.
