Hello everyone and welcome to my Shen guide. This is my first guide so far, so any comments on improvements or mistakes I've made are welcome.Its good to follow this build if you have a normal team againt you...because if you have 4 Ablity p. champions in the enemy you dont need armor. This build shows how i like to play Shen .

PROS:

*Shen has amazing sustain in lane
*Shen has a global presence
*Is EXTREMELY durable, with high early-game damage
*Has a no cost, low-cooldown, high-shield, champion-targetting ultimate.


CONS:

*Can be very energy-hungry if not played intelligently
*Drops off slightly late game
*Can be difficult to farm with
*Countered fairly hard by some champions

Taunt+Damage reduction,Regenerates Energy if you hit multiple targets

You have global presence and you can Force 4v5 teamfights or help/save your allies

I like it becuase if you use you can go back to your lane and continue farming/pushing.

It's a good 2 have spell...you can escape,chase,get over walls if is on cooldown.

Only if no one else has it. The only real good use for your is to use it on the highest life-gaining person on their team in a team fight (Mundo).
