You level up Ambush too late, 10 seconds is not enough until level 8.

Kind of all over the place. You're not focusing on anything specific, and with Twitch's squishiness, you're just going to get plowed over before you can do enough to matter.

Lifesteal is pretty pointless unless you're stacking it up since you just dont have enough defense. Only benefit you'll see is regening health on minions between fights instead of recalling.

Black Cleaver is also situational. What if none of their team is stacking armor? All you're getting is the attack speed and damage, but you can do better with other items.

The only survivability is the 15 lifesteal >.>

Looks good. I understand why you got a vamp staff, but wouldn't a doran's be better? It does give less lifesteal, and cannot be built into anything, but it does give damage and Health. Otherwise good choices.
