I do Dominion similar to that but a little bit different. I start out with boots, amplifying tome, and ruby crystal, + 3 health potions. The ruby crystal and the health potions make you a lot more durable in the initial fight for top. Then, I build the Stinger next because you dont really need the extra mana from Fiendish Codex in Dominion. Then, I go Fiendish Codex, Sorcerer's Boots (makes you really deadly but you can also go Mercury Treads if they are focusing on you a lot), to Nashor's Tooth. After Nashor's, I make the ruby crystal into Kindlegem which is a really cheap way to get some very valuable cooldown reduction and makes the crystal worth getting at the start. Then, I go either Giant's Belt --> Malady or Malady --> Giant's Belt depending once again on whether or not I'm getting focused. Giant's Belt obviously first if you are getting squished. Then, like you have on there, Rylai's to Lich Bane. Normally, at that point the game is done but if it's not, I typically go with Rabadon or Abyssal depending on how much time is left in the game. A game hasn't lasted this long for me since I saw your guide so I haven't tried Odin's yet but it definitely seems like it could work end-game as well. Also you could go with the fail-safe Guardian Angel because by end-game, you should be a main point of focus for their team.

Thanks. I really love this build and Diana is such a good champ. People are saying she's op ,but she isn't the only op champ in the game.

Interesting build I will have to try it when I get Diana, good information about surge, I'm trying to get away from always picking flash and ignite.

Yea it's ridiculous. Jax jumped on my and i hit surge did my burst and he started running it really is a good spell for 1v1s
In team fights it's only good if you dont get focused and you can get multiple squishies at once.

No? You buy berserker's greaves.
If you are confused the last 4 items in the build are options for the 6th item the 6th item is situational
