Your dumb if you dont have armor pen reds. HP Per Level seals is just a better choice than armor seals due to - why the F@#/ would you have armor seals on TF, he needs a boost of health for late game. This is why I grab health quints for early game instead, so armor is not needed. Magic Resist Per Level glyphs because magic later on will obviously corn hole TF, HP Per Level will also help against this.

I start off with Amp. Tome for TF's great farming ability. Phage, Sheen, and Berserks take care of his early game damadge output, these items should have you farming fluently, stop worrying about rushing people and farm. After lifesteal finish trinity mostly for AttackSpeed and because you shouldnt leave builds unfinished. At this point your runes should have a good impact on your defence but Quicksilver should finish your Magic Resist and Tenacity, you can get it earlier if you really need it. Youmous next for armor penatration, tad of crit chance to add to trinity force, movespeed for escape, and to finish up TF's AttackSpeed. You could go with Cleaver as well. I put GA because i like defence :D

I use utility to build up TF's Late game, as well as runes, and for teleport and flash use for extra escape etc.. I feel TF's early game is good enough. You can definately mix up the skill sequences.
