if ur solo top try get vampiric scepter early on for the sustain and get blood thirster as quickly as possible after that u need some tank and i feel warmogs is pretty usless unless ur a hardcore tank so i go for frozen mallet which has a bit of tank and damage with slow aswell so they cant get away :) after that just get more AD i suggest getting infinity edge and another blood thrirster and if u have enough money u could even sell ur dorans blade and buy a third bloodthirster then solo whole team for the penta :)
