I personally downvoted simply due to the masteries. I feel that brute force is a terrible mastery, and that it should be switched for intelligence in the utility mastery. I also feel that the negligible amount of attack speed from the alacrity mastery should be switched for the sorcery mastery. Sure, this is AD nidalee and not AP, but cooldowns are a necessity for her in order to hit those heals "just in time" and to allow takedown to get off cd faster. I also find that I prefer dorans ring over any other item as a starter, and that using a dorans ring and grabbing dodge seals rather than mp5/lvl are much more effective. However, this is simply how I see it, and I am not trying to tell you that you are wrong, just saying what I think is better in my experience with nidalee. Anyway, you are probably going to be grabbing blue buff for the majority of the game, and being AD nidalee you will need to be more in the fight than an Ap nidalee can ever imagine, so I feel that a dorans ring(obviously sold later, but it will reap its worth) and dodge seals are more beneficial as the game progresses.
