Also leveling Q first is important as you can Q in between every AA in urf and the dmg is insane and the E damage reduction along with the 4 sec
boots are not needed as they only give a small speed bost when your W is on a 25 secound CD not inlcudeing the faster recharge when not useing it you also have massive Ms bonuses in urf
