F*** YOU GARRETT SCOTT POD**SKA! Anyways, as I was saying this works well. Basically, grab either Blitzcrank or Sess(Thresh) for your support. You will slap HARD AND FAST! After you grab a Statikk Shiv, berserker's Greaves, and your second Zeal. Your Ult makes you naturally tanky so don't worry about that.

Make sure you cs at least averagely, about 60 by 10 minutes is good. However, remember to have your support in your zone so you can initiate together. If the enemy adc and support get cocky and get close to your tower, Q the enemy ADC and run around and W him into tower. Run back and punch FAST. You can basically follow him to his tower punching him and grab a ton of kills like this. Your heal is a good friend early game, but lacks hard late. Max it last. Remember to be one of the last ones to engage in teamfights because you are squishy. However, if you get caught with 2 people on you, pop the Ulti and stap slapping b*itches. Instant Kills. Makin money.
