Lore is not really needed in a champion guide and a fortiori not in the beginnig.
Skill order and Masteries are decent but you might consider talking about more Runes like Greater Seal of Armor and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist. Beyond spell vamp is not longer dat good because they changed Ahri's passive. It now scales with AP so I suggest you to go either the burst mage way DFG, DCap, Zhonya's/ Void or something with Athene's Unholy Grail.
