I'm ISDark,a gold player(for the moment)
since the rework, I played akali every time I could in order to perform her better. I was maining the previous akali, and I'm main this akali too.
tips: she's a very good champion, she can go 1v2 when she's ganked by the enemy jungler. just use your e and w to escape, even to deal some dmg to both of them.
here's a combo :e>e>auto>q>w>auto>q>R>q>R. of course, this is smth hard to understand, but, in other words, use your e to escape or to get close to the enmy, use your q as much as you can, don't forget the passive.
use your ult and w in team fights, but wait for the second R until they are low hp to finish them.
you can always roam, but don't forget to push your lane before.

As akali you can always go in to kill the adc, then use your w to wait your teammates.
use your ult to stop the enemyes from running. You should wait for your second R until the enmyes are low. Zhonya is a good choice if you wanna escape; just use it while your w is on cooldown, then do the e>w combo to escape, even ult. Something interesting about akali is her gameplay. Her abilities are very good in order to go either all in and to catch your enemyes, either to escape. All you have to do is to know when you should run or when to go haunt some players:)
