No you don't need hp per lvl . Zhonya is very good when you start ganking. Hextech it's lame, ill make a build specially for hextech, akali got's a lot of spellvamp without hextech. I need boots of mobility to come more quicker to save my mates, or to escape. Just l2p and don`t be a scum. :)

No need to take ap seals, replace them like hp per lvl or flat hp, and zhonyas hourglass isn't that good, get that hextech that you gain MORE lifesteal, spellvamp etc. + you really don't need boots of mobility if you get lich bane, thxbye. Not voting yet.
