I would like to hear your opinions about this build and improve but i think it is completly op and in late game u will be untouchable.
Just take red buff as soon as possible and jump around :D.

For runes we use:
Quintessence flat hp and Seal hp per lvl-so that u can dive better and last longer on lane
Glyph flat cooldown-runes are always good because they shorten cooldown of your ulty
Mark attack speed-while spaming spells u need to use q and than autoattack fast so u can keep spaming e

We go tanky masteries because of diving and surviving in team fights

We are focusing on Q ability because it deals a lot of damage so start with it,on lvl 2 take W ability so u can farm creaps easier,when ever u can take Q ability and if u cant take E,only one level od W is enough.

We take exhause and ghost,because those two are great chasing spells.
I take ghost with everyone because it is great for escaping and chasing too.
Exhaust is always needed to focus someone in teamfight and great for chasing combined with jump.
