Akali Passive Ability
Introduction
I usually start with Doran's Blade, this activates Akalis one passive. When I come back I buy Amplifying Tome to activate Akalis second passive. Usually you have enough gold to buy boots at the same time. After boots I start building the Hextech Gunblade or boots 2, depending on the situation of the game. After boots I go for Lich Bane, Akalis bread and butter! When you have your Lich Bane and you know how to play Akali, you start owning... After that I get 1 defensive item depending on how enemy team is doing. If they have strong mages I get Banshee's Vail or if they have strong AD champs doing well, I get something whit armor, for example Zhonya's Hourglass. Then I get Rabadon's Deathcap. After that I get another defensive item. Thats ur final build with balanced AP and AD with fair amount of armor and MR.
For skills I get Mark of the Assassin (MotA) then I get one point to Crescent Slash (CS). After that one point to Twilight Shroud and then just upgarde MotA whenever you can. Then priority is on Crescent Slash. Upgrade Twilight Shroud last. Well, don't forget to take yuor ultimate at lvls 6, 11 and 16.
How I play Akali? Well, you need to know what you can handle or can't. You just can't start a fight with 2 enemies close together, you need to play defensively, but in the same time agressively! Before lvl 6 I farm minions and harass a bit if we can "dominate" the lane. When I reach lvl 6 I start playing agressively. I use MotA and then Shadow Dance (SD) to enemy -> auto attack + CS then repeat until enemy is dead. If you find yourself in a ****ty situation you can also use SD to get away.
