I would suggest changing the quints and the glyphs to flat AP runes to get her AP passive right at the start of the game. It's pretty beneficial
Akali has a tough time getting kills early game and I get the passive at level 4 or 5 anyways, so to me the straight AP runes aren't worth it when I'll just get it at 4. Serious killing doesn't happen until level 6 and after you get Ryjals.
