From runes you get :
Bonus 5 energy regen per 5 sec
Bonus 16 ap
Bonus 6 armor
Bonus 4 magic resist

It's a very good runes to Akali .

Masteries

I prefer
21/5/4 but if you don't need speed and health you can do ... Whatever you want .

Items

This items I think it's the best for the Akali. I don't have any bad memories with this build. It's so OP ...

Spells

U can get Flash+Barrier
Flash+Teleport
Flash+Exhaust but you will don't need it if you quick build a Hextech Gunblade.

Pros / Cons

Pros
Really OP in start of the game and in the end of the game.
Her spells doing really nice combo
She can do a nice escape by using E and R :))
She don't need mana :33

Cons
Sometimes really EASY to gang
Low survivability at start of the game
She don't doing dmg at 1-4 levels.
